      The HDCA-702 MPEG TS Adaptor is a unique new product which enhance a workflow flexibility with various interfaces in an ultra-compact design. It provides real-time encoding of HD-SDI input signals into an MPEG TS for output via a DVB-ASI connector. One of this adaptor’s applications is field news gathering, using microwave and satellite transmission. The HDCA-702 encodes camcorder output signals to MPEG TS and outputs this stream via its DVB-ASI connector at the same time the camcorder is recording. The adaptor also supports output of HDV compatible MPEG streams from i.LINK connector to use with HDV-compatible HDD units and nonlinear editing systems.

      AJA’s Hi5-4K Mini-Converter provides a simple monitoring connection from professional 4K devices using 4 SDI outputs to new displays with 4K-capable 1.4a HDMI inputs. Hi5-4K is a single, highly-portable device that allows more affordable monitoring solutions in professional workflows. Typical 4K signals use a resolution of 4096×2160 pixels while UltraHD signals measure 3840×2160. This difference can prevent some monitors from being used either in full 4K workflows or in UltraHD workflows. Hi5-4K can compensate for these resolution differences, allowing UltraHD monitors to be used in 4K productions and vice versa. Hi5-4K also supports High Frame Rate (HFR) inputs. 4K/UHD signals at 50 or 60 fps can be fed into Hi5-4K and will be output via the 4K HDMI at 25 or 30 fps, allowing viewing of 4K HFR images on standard consumer 4K monitors. Up to 8-channels of embedded audio in the incoming SDI signal are carried through seamlessly into the HDMI 1.4a output, ensuring your audio is always in sync and can be easily played back on the connected monitor.

      The HD10AVA is a miniature, high-quality, audio/video, HD/SD A/D converter. The HD10AVA automatically detects the video input format and embeds the audio inputs in the SDI/HD-SDI outputs. The HD10AVA is useful for adding an SDI/HD-SDI audio/video output to tape decks or any professional video equipment with analog outputs. The HD10AVA is especially useful for adding HD-SDI outputs to most HDV cameras or decks by using the component outputs of such devices. The HD10AVA uses a breakout cable for audio/video inputs and provides 3 SDI-HD-SDI outputs on BNCs.

      The HD10MD3 is a miniature digital downconverter for converting HD-SDI video to standard definition SDI and analog component/composite video. The HD10MD3 uses a full 10-bit data path and multi-point interpolation to produce broadcast quality downconverted video. In addition, the HD10MD3 converts either 1080p24 or 1080p24sf to 59.94 Hz output video using the standard 3:2 pulldown technique. The output can be formatted for either 4:3 or 16:9 standard definition monitors. Four-channel input embedded HD-SDI audio is passed to the SDI output.
